How to get here

Getting to Konstanz

By Air

The closest airports to Konstanz are: the international Zürich Airport (ZRH) in Switzerland, and the smaller regional Friedrichshafen Bodensee Airport (FDH) in Germany.
Both are about 1 hour 15 minutes away from the center of Konstanz by public transport.
In particular, from Zürich you can take a direct train to Konstanz from the station which is inside the same airport.

You can also land at:
- Stuttgart Airport (STR), 3.5 hours away by train;
- Frankfurt am Main Airport (FRA), 4.5 hours away by train.
- Munich Airport (MUC) is also an option, but the train connection to Konstanz is not the most comfortable. If you choose this airport, then we would suggest you to take the S-Bahn from Munich airport to Munich central bus station (München ZOB) and from there to take the Flixbus to Konstanz (in total you will need about 4 hours to reach Konstanz).
