This talk reports stability properties for Ruggeri’s “symmetric-hyperbolic system of conservative equations for a viscous heat conducting fluid”. It applies other methods than the ones Hu, Racke, and coll. use to show such properties for a different relaxation model of dissipative compressible fluid dynamics.
